Gmod Installing Legacy Addons

Hello people how is it going?i have a serious problem with my gmod in past monthin the last month my windows crashed and i should install a new one (this windows that iam using and its still win 8) i have been in deep hot water with this gmod thing: when i luanched steam and recovered my library gmod starts downloading workshop stuff for unlimited and unknown time for and unlimited/unknown time i let it download for 3 days! But it was still downloading (the blue lins doesnt appear there is only a flat green line going )i dunno whats the resson but in privious times it got fixed by it own or somethin that i totally dont know.so today i launched gmod and open the develope console system to understand what is going on?!!
